How external wall insulation works
External Wall Insulation is installed by securely fixing high-performance insulation boards to the outside of your property using the most suitable fixing system for its construction. The insulation is reinforced with a specialist basecoat and alkali-resistant reinforcing mesh before being finished with a breathable, weather-resistant decorative render.
A wide range of colours, textures and decorative finishes are available, allowing you to maintain the original character of your property or completely transform its appearance. Choose from thin-coat textured silicone render, traditional roughcast render, scratch render, smooth render, brick-effect render or stone-effect render, all professionally installed to complement your home's style while providing long-lasting weather protection
